What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and target potential advertisers that align with the magazine's audience and content
- Develop and present customized advertising proposals to prospective clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and ad placement
- Maintain regular communication with current advertisers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably within the magazine or media industry
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
