What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement selling strategies and tactics for new business generation
- Maintain accurate sales tracking and pipeline data in the CRM system
- Utilize sales tools and resources effectively to close deals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be open to receiving and applying feedback
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to listen and provide customer solutions
- Demonstrated tenacity and persistence in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience with extensive in-person cold calling
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven field sales experience with a strong track record of prospecting and closing new customers
- Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
- Experience selling solutions specifically to the restaurant and hospitality industry
