What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective selling strategies and tactics
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline data in the CRM
- Utilize sales tools, presentations, and contracts effectively to close deals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Open to receiving and applying feedback with a coachable attitude
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to actively listen to customer needs
- Persistent tenacity to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience with extensive in-person cold calling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and insurance, with the ability to travel within the designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven field sales experience with a successful track record in prospecting and closing new customers
- Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
- Experience selling solutions specifically to the restaurant and hospitality industry
