      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential
      - Prospect and appoint new agencies while exceeding growth and profit objectives
      - Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
      - Support agents by providing strategic marketing plans and identifying opportunities for cross-selling
      - Address customer service issues and ensure resolution while maintaining effective agency operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
      - Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations
      - Advanced relationship management and communication skills
      - Proven ability to influence sales and deliver results
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five years of sales or insurance industry experience
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Advanced problem-solving skills and decisive judgment
      - Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
      - Experience in delivering professional presentations
