What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and identify new leads and opportunities within the current customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to manage on-site repairs and improvements
- Support sales executives in setting up new Ship To locations in back office systems
- Conduct follow-up communications with new customers to confirm delivery schedules and gather feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role; energy/fuel industry experience not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a commitment to superior customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM databases such as Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within any industry
- Familiarity with fuel quality issues and product sampling
- Experience working in fast-paced team environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
