      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and qualify opportunities for existing clients and new prospects
      - Demonstrate, propose, and present HealthStream Learning & Performance solutions to key stakeholders
      - Support the RFP process, leading proposal teams and managing pricing strategies
      - Negotiate and close business, including contract creation and client transition to implementation
      - Contribute to the HealthStream Sales Community by sharing best practices and collaborating with team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area
      - Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in competitive environments, preferably in healthcare
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
      - Leadership qualities to collaborate effectively and take accountability for outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare sales or related fields
      - Ability to navigate and build relationships at various organizational levels, including C-suite
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse situations
      - Familiarity with territory planning and pipeline management
