What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build long-term relationships with attorneys and law firm decision-makers
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and promote coaching programs and events
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, present solutions, and guide attorneys through the decision-making process
- Promote and attend live and virtual events, workshops, and seminars to generate and nurture leads
- Manage your pipeline with accuracy, keeping detailed activity records in the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, coaching, or training
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with professional audiences
- Confidence and persistence in outbound prospecting and follow-up
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
- Willingness to travel for select events and client meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Legal industry knowledge or experience a plus, but not required
