      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and engage new independent and small chain restaurants
      - Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
      - Collaborate across the organization to develop effective selling strategies
      - Maintain accurate sales tracking and pipeline data using CRM tools
      - Utilize sales collateral and tools to effectively close deals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be coachable and open to applying feedback
      - Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to listen and provide tailored solutions
      - Proven tenacity and persistence in exceeding sales goals
      - Experience with extensive in-person cold calling
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in field sales with a successful track record of prospecting and closing new customers
      - Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
      - Experience selling solutions specifically to the restaurant and hospitality industry
