      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify new customers
      - Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets
      - Collaborate across the organization to develop effective selling strategies
      - Track and record leads, activities, and pipeline data in the CRM system
      - Utilize sales tools and collateral to effectively close deals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Open to receiving and applying feedback
      - Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to listen and provide tailored solutions
      - Proven tenacity and drive to meet or exceed sales goals
      - Experience with extensive in-person cold calling
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems
      - Valid driver's license and insurance, with the ability to drive within the designated territory

      - Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
