- Own and manage the full sales cycle, focusing on closing qualified opportunities.
- Serve as the primary client contact during pre-sales and early project stages.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and project scope.
- Develop and present detailed proposals, collaborating with internal teams.
- Coordinate resources to deliver cohesive, high-quality client solutions.
- Drive opportunities through the pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and discussions.
- Support ongoing account relationships post-sale for a seamless client experience.
- 7 years of experience in closing roles within consultative, project-based sales.
- Proven track record managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Experience in industries such as construction, design/build, or experiential.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex deals.
- Experience developing proposals and solution-based presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
- Initially based onsite in Columbus, Ohio, with travel across the U.S.
- Increased flexibility as you ramp into the role.
