      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential
      - Prospect and appoint new agencies while exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives
      - Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
      - Conduct agency diagnostics and strategic marketing plans to identify opportunities and challenges
      - Provide consistent follow-up and support to agents, ensuring successful outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
      - Five years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred
      - Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and the ability to assess agency operations
      - Advanced relationship management and communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - Advanced ability to influence sales and advise agents
      - Demonstrated resilience and strong problem-solving skills
      - Experience in delivering professional presentations
      - Knowledge of new systems and applications
