What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound calls
- Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals by negotiating and offering products
- Participate in pre-sales calls and demonstrate products using web-based tools
- Maintain and engage with customers to promote product usage and revenue growth
- Log all call information and sales activity accurately within the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
- Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
- Strong sales process and negotiating skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation skills
- Experience with accurate sales forecasting
