What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and execute a sales development plan to generate business with new clients and grow a book of business
- Cross-sell multiple lines of coverage to existing clients while collaborating with team members
- Conduct detailed analyses of prospective clients' needs and customize insurance programs accordingly
- Maintain accurate electronic records of prospecting activities using CRM software
- Develop a personal network for sourcing prospects and participate in community networking opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
- Successful sales experience in the insurance brokerage field
- Experience in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Personal Lines, or Retirement Planning
- Related insurance license required
