What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners
- Attend sales calls with sales agents to present and assist in closing opportunities
- Ensure agents are educated and fully knowledgeable of products, process, and procedures
- Lead solution development efforts to address agent and customer needs
- Proactively seek out new opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years prior telecom sales experience
- Strong knowledge of voice and data products
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the telecommunications industry
