      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit and onboard productive channel partners and sales agents
      - Support agents during customer meetings and assist in closing opportunities
      - Train agents on products, processes, and procedures to ensure fluency in solutions
      - Develop tailored solutions by coordinating internal teams to address partner and customer needs
      - Provide ongoing support with customer service inquiries and proactively identify new sales opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum 2 years of telecom sales experience required, with solid knowledge of voice and data products
      - Proven ability to build relationships and drive channel performance
      - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      - Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing environments
