What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase the Prolaris test orders and promote MyRisk and BRACAnalysis CDx test orders through strategic action plans
- Target sales efforts on urologists, urologic oncologists, and affiliated pathologists
- Drive growth in weekly order volumes through effective customer engagement and education
- Foster two-way communication with targeted physicians to influence prostate cancer risk assessment and treatment approaches
- Maintain a high level of scientific and medical knowledge to effectively address customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services
- Experience in the urology and/or urologic oncology therapeutic area is preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws and ethical standards related to patient privacy
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets employer's safety criteria
