      We're seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Executive to help expand our presence across the country. This is an opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building trust, and developing long-term partnerships while driving new business growth. If you're energized by meeting new people, uncovering opportunities, and creating win-win solutions, we'd like to hear from you. This role will require travel (20-30%) to trade conferences and client meetings.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
      • Build relationships with key decision-makers through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry engagement
      • Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and business objectives
      • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close
      • Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
      • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
      • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting information within CRM systems

      Requirements

      • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
      • A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities
      • Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach
      • Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
      • Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment
      • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful, but not required
