What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers promptly and make them feel welcome in the retail location
- Assist customers in determining their needs and provide guidance on product selections
- Help implement merchandising and operational procedures as directed by management
- Maintain appropriate merchandise stock levels and ensure quality presentation
- Efficiently operate the POS system for transactions and customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for horticulture, home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Knowledge of floral decorations and home décor displays
- Experience operating a POS system
