      Role & Responsibilities

      In response to the overwhelming demand for companies to future proof their businesses through digital transformation, the position of Sales Lead, Salesforce is a newly created position under “Go to Market (GTM)” pillar; focused on building and delivering best-in-class customer experience programs through marketing technology. Reporting to Accenture Song leadership based out of Singapore, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic, and commercially driven leader with a strong growth mindset to build and lead a high performing team to support delivery across SEA divided into Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

      Leveraging C-suite relationship, strategic advisory capability and a proven growth track record, this position will provide an excellent opportunity to drive exponential growth and lead large-scale digital transformation deals across all industry verticals, through a solid partnership with Salesforce.

      The Role

      • Build and lead a high performing team across all growth markets from the ground up.
      • Own the Salesforce space and collaborate closely with the Salesforce Business Group and other parts of Accenture to bring the full power of Salesforce and Accenture together.
      • Find, win, and lead large scale digital transformation deals that create impact at a customer experience level and drive business growth for clients.
      • Build and lead a lasting relationship that spans Go-To-Market (GTM), offering development, assets, and accelerators creation, etc.
      • Lead the go-to-market initiatives to understand current and future client needs across all industry verticals and apply insights to make recommendations for developing new capabilities and assets aligned with the industry portfolio.
      • Collaborate closely across all pillar leads and Growth Markets Leads to engage senior client stakeholders and present cutting-edge concepts presenting Salesforce or any other Accenture Song suite of solutions
      • Lead in interfacing internally within Accenture to collaborate on sales and origination and on Accenture Song solutions into core offerings and industry business services.
      • Cultivate relationships with geographic Leadership team and counterparts in Accenture Song, as well as Client Account Leads on the most complex and strategic accounts in the growth markets, to ensure the best of Accenture Song’s capabilities especially in Salesforce are brought to clients.
      • Represent Accenture Song at select speaking engagements.

      The Candidate

      • A proven growth leader and deal maker with the ability to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and flair in a structured environment; adept at navigating a complex consultancy business and embracing the opportunity it brings.
      • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Salesforce as an organization, particularly Salesforce as a solution as well as connectivity within the ecosystem.
      • Excellent understanding of and ability to work across the pillars of experiences (Design / Communicate / Build / Marketing Services / Intelligence / Commerce Transformation).
      • A strong strategic advisor to the C-suite (CMOs / CIOs / CTOs / CCOs / CEOs) in helping achieve their digital transformation goals for their organizations.
      • Gravitas and a proven track record of developing excellent client relationships and being a trusted strategic partner.
      • A strong business builder, who can spot opportunity, who is attuned to both organic growth and skilled in incremental business development.
      • Proven track record of successfully leading the sales process at scale.
      • Embraces the opportunity to operate with a high level of autonomy.
      • A collaborator and team player, will be a strong fit within Accenture Song’s people centric culture, is able to attract talent and is an advocate for career development to fulfil team members’ potential.

      Success Criteria

      By the end of the first year:

      • To have successfully built a pipeline of new business leads across the Go-to-Market (GTM).
      • To have built a strategic and trusted partnership with Salesforce and other relater partners.
      • To have achieved revenue and growth targets set.
      • To have met other KPIs / metrics agreed with line manager.
