What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the retail location
- Assist customers in determining their needs and provide guidance on product selections

- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure quality presentation of merchandise
- Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions and providing customer receipts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for horticulture, home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Capability to multitask and work effectively both independently and in a team

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Familiarity with floral decorations and home décor displays
