What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers promptly to create a welcoming atmosphere in the retail location
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
- Assist customers in determining their needs and educate them on product selections
- Support the management team in implementing merchandising and operational procedures
- Efficiently operate the POS system to process transactions and provide customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail or customer service environments
- Knowledge of floral decorations and home décor displays
