What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities with dairy producers and industry partners
- Build and nurture strong consultative relationships based on trust and industry insight
- Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, operating with autonomy and precision
- Educate customers on advanced animal health technologies, overcoming skepticism with evidence-based value
- Monitor sales performance, adapt strategies, and stay on top of market trends to ensure success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in dairy, agriculture, or animal health
- Proven ability to close new business and build long-term client partnerships
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills; able to influence and educate
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital sales tools to manage and track performance
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving market conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to the agricultural or veterinary sector
