What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet and welcome customers promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in determining their needs and educating them on product selections
- Support the management team in implementing merchandising and operational procedures
- Maintain appropriate merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation
- Efficiently operate the POS system, processing transactions accurately and providing customer support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Good written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the capability to work independently or as part of a team
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills

- Experience in a retail environment, particularly in garden or home décor sectors
- Familiarity with merchandising and operational procedures in a retail setting
