What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers promptly to create a welcoming atmosphere in the store
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Support management in implementing merchandising and operational procedures
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure merchandise quality and presentation
- Efficiently operate the POS system for transactions and manage product display
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for horticulture, home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Good written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team or independently
