What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Good written and verbal communication skills alongside exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently or in a team
- Great organizational and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
- Familiarity with floral decorations and home décor displays
- Experience operating a POS system in a retail environment
