      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets in the 503B pharmacy outsourcing and Telehealth markets
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and enhance client relationships
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base while maintaining strong client relationships
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategies and improve product offerings
      - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and regular reports to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience in sales management, with at least three (3) years in the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market
      - Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams while achieving business growth and sales targets
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations to executives and clients
      - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

      - Strong understanding of Telehealth technologies, regulations, and market trends
      - Experience in analyzing data and trends for informed business decisions
      - Familiarity with the dynamics and key players in the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market
