      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for the employer's Industry sales growth across the AMER region
      - Lead a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, delivering on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments
      - Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring
      - Support the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to enhance relationships and maximize value exchange
      - Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for the employer and customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership
      - Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals
      - Passion for Sales Leadership and talent development
      - Effective leadership of cross-functional stakeholders and business functions
      - Experience with Channels, ISVs, and System Integrators or Service Partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in Real-Time 3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization
      - Experience activating and scaling new Go-To-Market strategies
