      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives across the Americas region
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, general aviation operators, and channel partners
      - Drive growth initiatives to expand headset adoption among existing and new airline customers
      - Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and aviation events in collaboration with the Marketing department
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
      - At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the aviation industry, preferably with aviation headset products
      - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or international role
      - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
      - Ability to travel at least 50% within North America and Latin America

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in trade show planning and execution
      - Deep knowledge of aviation regulatory environments and airline procurement processes
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures
      - Aggressive determination to succeed and ability to work independently or collaboratively
