      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop personalized coaching plans and conduct regular sessions to discuss performance and provide feedback
      - Mentor the sales team to encourage a growth mindset and facilitate knowledge sharing
      - Identify and recruit top-performing sales talent while managing performance and disciplinary challenges
      - Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and regularly adjust sales plans based on performance data
      - Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to support the go-to-market strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related role, such as enterprise technology or complex solution sales
      - Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
      - Proven sales track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota targets
      - Exceptional communication skills and business acumen
      - Ability to manage and coach a diverse team of sales professionals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in software or technology organizations
      - Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model
      - Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value
      - Executive presence with the ability to communicate at the most senior level
      - Ability to identify and understand the power of influencers versus buyers during the sales cycle
