      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth and expand the employer's market presence in its Financial Close Practice by identifying new business opportunities
      - Collaborate with internal teams to support account management and drive pursuit cycles
      - Execute business development activities to create a robust pipeline
      - Attend industry conferences to strengthen client relationships and foster strategic alliances
      - Deliver weekly pipeline reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and identifying potential risks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) or Financial Close transformation space
      - 2+ years of experience in supporting sales cycles and business development in SaaS sales or professional services
      - 2+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce
      - Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
      - Proven track record of exceeding expectations with a strong work ethic
      - Experience with BlackLine or similar technologies
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Experience managing and mentoring team members
