      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Directly manage and coach 10-15 sales representatives, including both employees and independent contractors
      - Establish and monitor individual and team performance metrics and KPIs
      - Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives within the territory
      - Analyze market potential and develop strategies for territory expansion
      - Maintain relationships with key accounts and resolve escalated customer issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-10 years of successful sales management experience leading teams
      - Minimum of 5 years of individual sales experience prior to management
      - Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services)
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
      - Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing both employees and independent contractors
      - Background in industrial sales or construction equipment
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience with proven results accepted
      - Strong coaching and development abilities with excellent communication skills
