      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor the Channel Partner Support Team to achieve operational excellence and partner success
      - Execute and refine the channel growth strategy to expand Medi-Share's reach through licensed health insurance agents
      - Oversee vetting, onboarding, training, and support for external agents and partners
      - Enhance operational efficiencies through reporting, analytics, and process improvements
      - Cultivate partnerships that promote Medi-Share’s mission and expand outreach within Christian networks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development in a related industry
      - Minimum of 10 years' experience in health, P&C, life insurance, healthcare sharing, or financial services
      - Active Health & Life Insurance License required; P&C license, CPA, or financial advisory license preferred
      - Demonstrated experience in people leadership, preferably in a channel sales or partner management role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare payer environments
      - Proven track record of managing team performance and activating existing channels
      - Familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
      - Strong sales techniques and ability to adapt to challenges effectively
      - Commitment to a Christ-centered culture and values-driven leadership
