      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud platform products in alignment with corporate growth objectives
      - Lead and manage a regional or global sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
      - Set annual sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team execution meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals
      - Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and client requirements
      - Drive key enterprise deal closures and lead high-value negotiations as an executive sponsor for major accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, or infrastructure sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
      - Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, ideally in international markets
      - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution
      - Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
      - Familiarity with GPU cloud, AI training/inference workloads, or high-performance computing environments is a strong advantage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or equivalent business/management education is a plus
