What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively onboard high-performing sales representatives
- Continually coach and develop staff to ensure success and improved results
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and conduct performance reviews
- Meet performance targets for new clients, repeat purchases, conversion rates, and revenue
- Collaborate with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales management experience
- At least 3 years of B2C sales experience
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and motivate a large team
- Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing a high-performing sales team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans and analyze metrics
- Experience in implementing and training sales teams in strategic selling techniques
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Sunday schedule)
