      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage enrollments for the debt settlement program and oversee a team of Account Executives
      - Create and maintain schedules for Account Executives and manage their PTO
      - Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals while ensuring service level and abandon rate targets are met
      - Conduct one-on-one meetings to determine training needs and monitor sales performance
      - Review all marketing leads and oversee the development of Senior Account Executives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of debt settlement experience in a sales role
      - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Ability to motivate people and work well under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of sales management experience in a related field
      - Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices in financial services
      - Proven ability to analyze and manage time effectively
