What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants, ensuring ongoing training on sales processes and product offerings
- Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive the sales team toward achieving territory sales targets
- Respond to escalated customer inquiries and concerns, leveraging relationships with installation partners to enhance customer service
- Build relationships with store partners and associates, training them on product offerings to drive lead generation
- Monitor customer project progress and ensure a world-class customer service experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
