What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure your team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor Salesforce activity and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Expand agency footprint and engage new agents while serving as the primary relationship manager
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize performance
- Coach, mentor, and train sales professionals to achieve excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) Insurance Designations
- Minimum of 3 years managing the sales process within the Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance industry
- Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Valid Driver's License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to create Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for team leverage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in strategic planning and disciplined follow-up
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to influence agents and large groups, resulting in increased territory production
