What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license from the state of residence
- No prior experience required, as comprehensive training is provided
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic remote team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends
