      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants

      - Build and maintain relationships with store partners to drive lead generation
      - Monitor customer project progress and ensure high-quality service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
      - High school diploma or GED

      - Experience in a commissioned sales environment
      - Proven track record of driving sales and managing a sales team
      - Strong negotiation and communication skills
      - Ability to motivate and mentor team members
