What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of 10-12 Account Executives to achieve monthly and annual new business sales goals
- Set and communicate clear team and individual goals that align with company objectives
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance
- Coach team members on diagnosing client needs and managing sales pipelines
- Analyze data and trends to forecast team results and make business recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of strong performance in a revenue-responsible role
- Proven experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking abilities
