      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the North American commercial team to achieve aggressive sales growth across AMS and IDS product lines
      - Collaborate with global teams to enhance customer engagement and account planning
      - Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing strategies, and value propositions
      - Manage sales planning, reporting, and forecasting processes to optimize performance
      - Drive the development of a high-performance sales culture and ensure team training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
      - Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in medical device contract manufacturing
      - Proven expertise in sales strategy development and sales-operations management
      - Demonstrated track record of delivering aggressive sales growth in existing and new business environments
      - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the plastics industry, including knowledge of plastic materials and processing
      - Proven ability to implement continuous improvement processes and analyze performance data
      - Experience in developing customer-specific account plans and managing sales budgets
