      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
      - Mentor and guide team members through coaching to improve conversion rates
      - Deliver sales presentations to key clients in collaboration with the Sales Team
      - Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales process and track key performance metrics
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation and marketing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle SaaS or payments sales experience
      - At least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors in a sales environment
      - Proficient in Salesforce, including report creation and dashboard management
      - Experience with outreach tools and leveraging business intelligence for data interpretation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding of the payments industry
      - Familiarity with Outreach, Chorus a.i, and Dialpad or equivalent technologies
