      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Onboard and train high-performing sales representatives to ensure success
      - Coach and develop team members, implementing performance plans as needed
      - Manage daily performance of sales team members and conduct performance reviews
      - Achieve targets for new client acquisition, repeat purchases, and revenue
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to generate ideas for contests and motivational initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 2 years of inside sales management experience
      - At least 3 years of B2C sales experience
      - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a large team
      - Ability to work weekends with flexible scheduling options

      - Proven experience in executing sales plans and analyzing metrics
      - Demonstrated ability to train sales teams in strategic selling techniques
      - Experience in hiring and managing high-performing sales teams
