      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a PPC-focused inside sales team to achieve consistent sales targets
      - Develop and implement sales strategies while overseeing daily operations of the sales team
      - Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and enhance sales effectiveness
      - Analyze performance data to identify training needs and provide targeted coaching
      - Present company services effectively to clients and participate in special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Over 5 years of experience as an inside sales leader managing teams of 4 or more
      - Proven experience selling PPC packages to SMB clients in the $300-$2,500+/month range
      - Essential expertise in digital marketing and PPC, with certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads preferred
      - Background knowledge of bid strategies, match types, remarketing, and PPC KPIs
      - Bachelor's Degree is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Performance Max and campaign ROI frameworks
      - Strong track record of creating and delivering persuasive marketing proposals
      - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find mutually beneficial solutions
