      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new logo revenue by carrying a personal new-logo quota focused on hospitality operators
      - Lead consultative discovery with key stakeholders to understand property workflows and growth objectives
      - Present and demo PMS solutions tailored to operational complexity and guest experience outcomes
      - Manage complex sales cycles, including pricing, contract negotiation, and procurement processes
      - Coach and develop a team of PMS Account Executives, ensuring pipeline health and forecast accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in hospitality technology or PMS
      - At least 2 years of sales leadership or player-coach experience
      - Proven track record of exceeding personal quotas in complex sales cycles
      - Strong understanding of hospitality operations and PMS buying dynamics
      - Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Technology, or related field
      - Experience selling enterprise software or multi-year SaaS agreements
      - Demonstrated success in closing enterprise and multi-property deals
      - Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
      - Expertise in consultative, value-based selling with multiple decision-makers
