What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard and train high-performing sales representatives effectively
- Continuously coach and develop team members to improve performance and results
- Manage daily performance and conduct performance reviews for sales team members
- Meet performance targets for new client acquisition, revenue, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales contests and motivational initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales management experience
- At least 3 years of B2C sales experience
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and motivate a large team
- Experience in executing sales plans and analyzing performance metrics

- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic selling techniques and train sales teams
- Experience in hiring and developing high-performing sales teams
