      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth of biopharmaceutical product sales and enhance customer engagement through direct sales efforts
      - Provide sales forecasts and maintain opportunity pipeline using Salesforce
      - Regularly review sales team activities and create development plans for both team members and customers
      - Implement strategic guidance at a tactical level to ensure an excellent customer experience
      - Lead and mentor Life Science/Bioscience sales team personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the biopharmaceutical market
      - Four-year college degree with a technical major preferred or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, either formally or informally
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%
      - Proficiency with Microsoft applications (O365) and Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct sales experience with bioprocessing filtration, pumps, single-use products, and systems
      - Familiarity with bioprocess solutions and related technologies
      - Experience in leading projects or programs in a sales environment
      - Background in customer service and relationship management
      - Knowledge of current trends in the biopharmaceutical industry
