      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish a consultative process to engage clients in promoting and marketing the employer's products and services
      - Manage and mentor sales team members to enhance their strategic selling skills and ensure they meet revenue targets
      - Provide accurate and timely reports and forecasting to the employer
      - Develop strong partnerships with clients and maintain comprehensive account management
      - Collaborate with product sales experts to propose optimal customer solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
      - 10+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated over-performance
      - 3+ years of supervisory experience or demonstrated mentoring and leadership traits
      - Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines
      - Proven ability in client relationship management and solution selling

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
      - Experience in selling through compelling storytelling and using data as a selling tool
      - Strong skills in problem resolution, negotiation, and managing multiple priorities
