What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists to drive host employer engagement and job sales
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seasonal goals for the assigned territory
- Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members
- Manage account relationships by ensuring commitments are met and identifying opportunities for growth
- Participate in high-level sales activities, including presentations to prospective and current hosts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3-6 years of previous sales success required, with B2B and human capital solutions preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in technology, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
