      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of International Recruitment Specialists to drive host employer engagement and sales
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seasonal goals
      - Set individual sales goals and pipeline targets for team members
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with host accounts through exceptional account management
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and program quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
      - At least 1-3 years of experience in people management
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Suite

      - Ability to analyze metrics and develop strategic plans based on data
